All items are made to order and will be mailed out within 3-5 business days of ordering. Each piece is individually assembled by hand and may vary slightly from image shown.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and is expected to arrive within 3-6 business days after receiving shipment notification, though delivery dates are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Items will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail International. It can take 6 - 10  business days for delivery and TROPICAL DEPRESSION is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes charged during transportation nor responsible for lost or stolen items.

RETURNS

 

There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties associated.  Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order.  Please make note of listed dimensions, and inspect our high-resolution photos before placing your order.  Feel free to contact me at info@tropical-depresion.com with any questions or clarifications you may have, prior to your purchase

 

While I can not offer refunds or exchanges, it is my hope to make every customer a repeat customer. So please do contact me, and allow me the opportunity to resolve any issues.

 

If an item arrives in damaged condition, Tropical Depression will refund the purchase price upon return of goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact info@tropical-depression.com within 5 days of receiving goods for any returns to be accepted.

Every piece is made by hand in my Brooklyn studio. Please allow for some variation from the product photo and dimensions, as each item is unique.

​

During transportation the wall hangings may have moved around and will need a little attention getting all the pieces balanced and centered again.

 

To keep the jewelry in its best condition, avoid direct contact with water, lotions, and other products that could discolor or cause wear to the item.

 

The brass tubing I use for my pieces are 100% raw brass. They are hand cut, sanded, and polished so please allow for some organic variation between pieces. Brass components are sealed with a clear finish that protects from tarnishing. All brass will eventually tarnish over time due to oxidation but the coating will keep it shining for much longer than if left untreated. Please do not use solvents or commercial cleaning solutions on them as that may affect the coating.
